Pre-orders

Orders that contain pre-order items will be dispatched once those are available. We’ll notify you via email when that happens.





Pickups

A local pickup service may be available upon e-mail request from Sample Coffee Pro Shop cafe and roastery. Get in touch if you’d like to arrange that.

The address of is Unit 1.03, 75 Mary Street, St Peters NSW 2044 Australia (please check on Google Maps for opening times before you head over there).

We’ll send you a confirmation email once the order is ready to be collected.





Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout. This fee varies depending on the total weight, destination and delivery method you choose.

Most orders will ship out within 7 days from order confirmation. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once shipped, delivery times fully depend on the third party postage provider(s). While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party freight providers.

We send our packages using recyclable or compostable materials, and Australia Post ensures a carbon neutral delivery.





International duties and taxes

When you place an international order, you are responsible for any duties and taxes set by the Customs Authority of the destination country—please check if these could apply to you before buy. Once you place an order, we acknowledhe you accept and take responsibility on any applicable Customs’ fees.





Unclaimed orders

Most delivery companies have a collection window in which orders can be picked up from their office, if delivery to the address isn’t available or successful. In most cases, we get charged a ‘Return To Sender’ fee for the journey back to our headquarters.

Any fees/charges/taxes/duties that result from an unclaimed or uncollected parcel, or from a parcel that hasn’t been delivered due to a typo in the address written in our checkout form, are your responsibility and will be charged to the credit card provided for the purchase.

Pickup orders that are not collected within 30 days from collection-ready day will be considered abandoned.





Returns & refunds

Change of mind
We will happily refund the cost of your item, provided the item and its packaging are returned to us within 7 days from receipt for tracked orders (30 days from shipping date for untracked orders). Items must be in their original condition.

You are responsible for any shipping costs and duties from returning the goods to us.

In the case you want to exchange and item for another in in our shop, please email us first to make sure the stock is available. If it is, you are responsible for the re-shipping fee. If the exchange is not possible, we can arrange a refund if the conditions above are met.

For merchandise, please make sure you check the measurements before purchase to avoid disappointment :(


Faulty items
If the items are faulty or unusable/unreadable, please email us with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem and images if possible. (Some folds and minor wrinkles are acceptable and expected, since it’s a paper magazine travelling with other parcels worldwide!)


Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a way for you to return the faulty item (at our cost). Once we receive it, we will either refund the cost of the item (paid at purchase, including postage if it applies) or send you a replacement if the stock is available.


Orders returned to sender
If an order is returned to us by the shipping company because it failed to be collected during the period defined by the carrier, it will be considered abandoned and unfortunately we can’t refund or send it again unless a re-shipping payment is arranged.


Others
Gift cards and downloadable digital/software products are non-returnable and non-refundable items.
